Though this petition seeking for early hearing of the habeas corpus petition is opposed on the ground that the detenu in the present case is involved in a case where it led to the death of several persons, this Court finds that the request of the petitioner, on account of her child's medical and mental condition, needs acceptance. Hence, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to list the above habeas corpus petition on 15.12.2023 for final disposal.
