ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time for enabling the petitioners to comply the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No. 23018 of 2025 by an order dated 20.08.2025.
2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, both learned counsel for petitioners and learned Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) for respondent appeared. The learned counsel for petitioners submitted that they could not appear before the concerned Magistrate on or before 29.08.2025 for execution of sureties and
they do not have any intention not to comply the order within a stipulated time. Hence, they have filed this petition for extension of time.
3. Considering the request made by the petitioners herein, this Court is inclined to extend time for the period of two weeks for executing the sureties before the Judicial Magistrate, Sirkali in Crl.
