This Writ Petition is filed to direct the Respondents to revise the key answers in respect of Question Nos.20, 22, 28, 47, 75, 142, 161, 141, 30 & 145 of Paper-I (Question Booklet No:10000234) and 111 and 148 of Paper-II (Question Booklet No.20000234) and to direct the respondents to award the petitioner valid marks in respect of the aforesaid questions and place the petitioner's name in the appropriate place in the Rank List.
2. According to the Petitioner, for the question No.142 of Paper-1, as per the Government Text Book key answer is 'D'. Whereas the key answer as per the expert committee is 'A'. According to her 'D' is the correct answer. PAPER -1 Question No.
Question Verification means Key Answer (A) Finding out the truth Correct Answer However as per the approved text material 'Verification' mans the act of assuring the correctness of value of assets and liabilities in the organisation.

3. I have perused the entire materials. It is well settled that Court should not ordinarily interfere with key answers provided by Expert Committee and must exercise great restraint in entertaining any pleas and scope of judicial review is very limited. Further the learned Counsel appearing for TNPSC submitted that all the representations with regard to tentative answer keys were placed before the respective Subject Expert Committee for arriving final answer keys and based on the opinion furnished by the Expert Committee the final answer keys have been arrived for processing of results.
4. In such a view of the matter this Court is not inclined to pass any direction to the Respondents. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
