ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time for enabling the petitioners to comply the condition to surrender before the concerned Magistrate imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No. 22685 of 2025 by an order dated 14.08.2025.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, both learned counsel for petitioners and learned Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) for respondent appeared. The learned counsel for petitioners submitted that the petitioners are doing painting work and so, they have gone out of station for their work, due to which, they could not return back to their home town immediately without completing job within a stipulated time. Hence, they have filed this petition for extension of time.

3. Considering the request made by the petitioners herein, this Court is inclined to extend time for the period of two weeks for surrendering them before the concerned Magistrate in Crl. O.P.No. 22685 of 2025. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 12-09-2025 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order RPP
