2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police, opposed the grant of bail to the petitioner and submitted that the case is now posted for framing of charges. He further submitted that if the petitioner released on bail, he may again absconding.

3. Considering the nature of the offence and the objections raised by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 04.09.2025 rpl To
