ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 24.08.2022 made in W.P.No.29425 of 2018.

2. Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, Mr.G.Guruswaminathan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent / Insurance Company has submitted that, the respondent / Insurance Company offered a sum of Rs.1,10,000/- in addition to the payment already made to the petitioner and this has been accepted by the petitioner, therefore, the orders have been complied with, the learned counsel contended.

3. The said factor is not controverted by Mr.S.Ayyathurai, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. In view of the same, recording the said submissions made by both sides and since the orders of this Court has been complied with in the manner as indicated above, this contempt petition is closed.
