ORDER

This contempt petition was filed on the ground that the order passed by this Court in WP No.27598 of 2019 has not been complied with.

The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents has produced the proceedings of the SubCollector dated 02.03.2023. It is seen that the said order has been passed in compliance with the order passed in the writ petition.

The learned counsel for the petitioner raised various grievance as against the order passed by the Sub-Collector. The grievance raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner cannot be gone into in this contempt petition and if the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings of the Sub Collector dated 02.03.2023, the petitioner has to necessarily work out her remedy in the manner known to law. Except giving this clarity, no

further orders can be passed in this contempt petition. 4.
