ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall appear and sign before the Judicial Magistrate (Additional Mahila Court), Vellore daily at 10.30 a.m. on all working days until further orders from the next day of execution of bond before the Magistrate Court in Crl.M.P.No.2370 of 2025 by an order dated 01.08.2025 on the file of Principal District and Sessions Court, Vellore.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly from 05.08.2025 without fail till date. He would submit that the 3rd petitioner is working in Bangalore and 5th and 6th petitioners are senior citizens and hence, he seeks to relax the condition imposed by trial court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would also submit that the petitioners are not complying the condition regularly and final report is not yet filed.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Cr.M.P.No.2370 of 2025 dated 01.08.2025 is relaxed.
