2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate submitted that investigation in this case has been completed, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate -I, Omalur and the case has been taken on file in C.C.No.158 of 2022.

3. In the light of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court is of the view that the prayer sought by the petitioner cannot be entertained.
