Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, has no serious objection for condoning the delay of 89 days in filing the appeal.

For the reason aforesaid and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned, subject to the payment of costs assessed at Rs.5,000/- to be paid by the petitioner to the Madras High Court Advocate Clerks'

Association within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

C.M.P.No.22237 of 2022 is ordered accordingly.
