ORDER

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal in the admission stage itself.

2. Mr.Stalin Abimanyu, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondents.

3. The petitioner's grievance in this writ petition is that his juniors are getting higher pay than him. He has given a representation on 05.10.2019 requesting the respondents 1 to 3 to set right the pay anomaly on par with his juniors. Since, the representation has not been considered till date, he has filed this writ petition.

4. Heard Mr.A. Rajendiran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Stalin Abimanyu, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

5. Since the representation of the petitioner is an old one, he will have to give a fresh representation to the respondents.

6. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation is considered on merits and in accordance with 2/5

law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

7. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the 2nd respondent requesting for setting right the pay anomaly as according to him, his juniors are getting higher pay than him, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said representation, the 2nd respondent shall pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

8. With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
