2. Heard Mr.AR.L.Sundaresan, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners in W.P.Nos.26141, 26143 and 26144 of 2017 and Mr.J.Ravindran, learned Additional Advocate General for the respondents for TANGEDCO.

3. Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners sought clarification with respect to the interest claimed by TANGEDCO.

4. Once the writ petitions have been decided and dismissed by this Court, on 25/11/2022, under the pretext of some clarification, again the issue cannot be considered and decided. It is open to the petitioners to challenge the demand of interest in a separate proceeding. 1/3/2023 mvs.
