ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 15.07.2025 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 1/4

296(b), 125, 309(4), 311 and 351(3) of BNS, 2023 in Crime No.270 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The petitioner earlier filed a bail petition before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23413 of 2025 and the same was dismissed by this Court on 22.08.2025 on the ground that the petitioner is having 12 previous cases. There is no change in circumstances regarding this ground for dismissal. Hence, I am not inclined to consider this bail petition again. 3.Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 19.09.2025 rsi 2/4
