O R D E R
(Order of the Court made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.) The Petitioner made a representation on 12.06.2019 to the Respondents 1 to 5 herein, alleging that the Odai Poramboke has been under the encroachment of Respondents 6 to 8. As no action is forthcoming, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.
Though a larger relief has been sought for, taking note of the pendency of the Petitioner's representation dated 12.06.2019, we direct the 3rd Respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer, Namakkal District, Namakkal / 4th Respondent/Tahsildar, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District, as the case may be, to look into the same, in accordance with law, after giving notice to the private Respondents 6 to 8, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
