ORDER
This petition is filed seeking to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 24.11.2022 which was given by the petitioner.
2. When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner on 24.11.2022, a case has been registered in C.S.R. No.1040/2022; on the earlier complaint given by the petitioner, another case has been registered in C.S.R. No.1039/2022; in both the cases enquiry is pending and it will be completed shortly.
3. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), I feel it is appropriate to direct the respondent to conduct simultaneous enquiry in both the cases.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed with a direction to the respondent police to conduct simultaneous enquiry in both the case in C.S.R. Nos.1039 & 1040/2022 and do the needful within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 23.12.2022 Index: Yes/No Internet: Yes/No bkn
