This application is filed by the applicants seeking to extend time to carry out amendment with regard to description of the vehicle in the Judge's Summons filed with A. No.782 of 2019 as Mahindra Bolero Maxi Truck instead of Toyota Kirloskar vehicle. 2.

This Court, vide order dated 26.4.2019 in A. No.3316 of 2019 in A. No.782 of 2019 allowed the applicant to amend the description of the vehicle and directed the applicant to file amended copy of the application within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy that order.

Being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, time is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for carrying out the amendment with regard to description of vehicle in the Judge's Summons. 5.
