This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioners.

When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioners are the accused in S.C.No.273 of 2016, pending before the learned VII Additional Sessions Court, Chennai. In connection with that the respondent police made an enquiry to know the whereabouts of the petitioners and nothing else. He further submitted that now the petitioners are no more needed for any enquiry.

3. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
