ORDER

This civil revision petition has been directed against the Order of Attachment Before Judgement thereby attaching the picture titled "JACK DANIEL" (MALAYALAM-Colour) now at the hands of the respondents 2 to 4 and prohibiting them from in any manner releasing, distributing, exhibiting or exploiting the said picture to any body pending disposal of the suit in O.S.No.8290 of 2019.

2. Pending civil revision petition, upon a settlement reached between the parties, this court had directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.43,00,000/- towards full quit to the entire suit claim. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent submitted if the petitioner pays the entire amount as directed by this court, the 1st respondent would withdraw the suit. Accordingly, on 07.02.2020, it was reported to this court by the learned counsel for the 1st respondent that the entire amount of Rs.43,00,000/-, as directed by this court on 27.11.2019, had been paid to the 1st respondent and the 1st respondent had undertaken to withdraw the suit on 10.02.2020. Accordingly, when the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel for the 1st submitted that the 1st respondent had withdrawn his suit as settled out of court on 10.02.2020.

3. In view of the fact that since the Original Suit itself had been dismissed as settled out of court, no further adjudication is required in this revision petition. This civil revision petition is accordingly closed. No costs. Consequently, connected CMP is closed.
