This Writ Petition is filed to withdraw the Look Out Circular (LOC) issued against this petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police on getting instructions from the Investigating Officer submits that since the petitioner has obtained anticipatory bail and complying the conditions imposed for granting bail. The Look Out Circular after expiry on 06.05.2024, is not extended further.

3. In the light of the fact that no Look Out Circular (LOC) as on date is pending against the petitioner and hence, nothing survives in this petition. Further, the respondent police has given no objection for receipt of the passport of the petitioner and the passport is in the possession of the petitioner.

4. Recording the same, writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 20.09.2024 Vv To 2/4
