ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily morning at 10.00 a.m. and evening at 05.00 p.m. until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 20197 of 2025 dated 24.07.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and hence, he seeks to relax the condition imposed by this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and final report is not yet filed.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Cr.O.P.No.20197 of 2025 dated 24.07.2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m. monthly once for another period of three months regularly without fail.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
