ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the material available on record.
2. This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking for a direction the learned II Additional District Munsif, Puducherry, to dispose of O.S.No.1302 of 2016 within the stipulated time. 1/4
3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, O.S.No.1302 of 2016 was filed against the petitioner/wife seeking perpetual injunction. Petitioner stated to have filed written statement in the year 2017 and issues were also been framed in the year 2018. The petitioner being senior citizen sought for disposal of O.S.No.1302 of 2016.

Considering the material papers and also submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is clear that it is a simple suit for injunction which should not have been kept for so long. Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the II Additional District Munsif, Puducherry, to expedite trial and dispose the O.S.No.1302 of 2016, as expeditiously as possible, preferably not later than eight months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. 18.04.2023 jai 2/4
