This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is filed under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code to withdraw the G.W.O.P.No.283 of 2016 pending on the file of the Principal District Court at Thiruvallur and to transfer the same to the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Ramanathapuram.

Today, the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition and also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.

2. In the light of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
