This matter is placed before this court today on the basis of the letter dated 30.10.2025 received from the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Egmore, Chennai, through the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai and also the letter dated 03.11.2025 received from the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, seeking extension of time for disposal of the case in CC.No.14 of 2021, by a period of four months.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter, this Court is of the view that it is appropriate to accept the request made by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Egmore, Chennai.

3. Accordingly, the time for the disposal of the case in CC.No.14 of 2021, pending on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Egmore, Chennai, is hereby extended by four months from today.
