ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition to direct the second respondent for further investigation and to find out the missing minor girl, aged about 16 years, namely Miss.S.Aishwarya, who is the daughter of the petitioner and natural

guardian, residing at No.77A/1, Mariyamman Kovil Back Side, Achnkuttappati, Kathirippati, Salem District, in connection with Crime No.37 of 2024 on the file of the second respondent.

2. It is stated by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents that the missing minor girl was secured by the Police and a case was also registered against the accused under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO Act) and the investigation is going on.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned Addl.P.P., and since the missing minor girl had been secured and produced before the concerned Court, this petition is dismissed as having become infructuous, as nothing further survives for further adjudication in the matter. 26.11.2024 cs To
