The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.11.2022 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 448, 294(b), 323, 324, 363, 506(ii), 307 of I.P.C. in Crime No.206 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The learned Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions would submit that the petitioner has been detained under Act 14 of 1982.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
