ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The Bar Association, Chengalpet, has passed a resolution on 10.01.2025 withdrawing the impugned notice issued to the writ petitioner on 04.10.2024. The copy of the resolution, dated 10.01.2025 has been filed in the form of Additional Type Set of papers before this Court.

2. In view of the said resolution, the impugned notice became vanished

and thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken consequently and hence, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
