The learned Special Government Pleader as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader jointly made a submission that against the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.30444 of 2018 dated 12.03.2019, State preferred a Writ Appeal in W.A.No.404 of 2020 & etc., batch and the same is allowed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court dated 16.03.2020.

2. In this view of the matter, no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
