This petition has been filed to modify the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.24620 of 2022 dated 12.10.2022 on the conditions that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two blood sureties.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 4.30 p.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
