This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the trial Court to expedite the trial and pronounce the Judgment within a stipulated time in C.C.No.734 of 2017 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court(ML), Thiruvannamalai in Crime No.1598 of 2009 on the file of the The Inspector of Police, Thiruvannamalai Town Police Station, Thiruvannamalai District.

2.On consideration of the adjudication orders and also taking into account the fact that the proceedings are pending from the year 2017 onwards, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court(ML), Tiruvannamalai shall endevour to complete the proceedings as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
