O R D E R

The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1), 4(2)(C) of Immoral Traffic Act, 1956, in Crime No.602 of 2024, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused, running brothal house. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is ready and willing to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and opposed the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Heard the learned counsels on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and also taking into fact that already this Court, by order dated 24.06.2025, dismissed the Crl.O.P.No.17337 of 2025 filed by the petitioner, and this is the second anticipatory bail petition with no change in circumstances. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
