C.M.P. No.3055 of 2023 is filed to condone the delay of 166 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole petitioner K.Lakshmi in the above CRP. C.M.P. No.3057 of 2023 is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole petitioner K.Lakshmi and C.M.P. No.3060 of 2023 is to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 4 in the CMP as the legal representatives of the deceased sole petitioner K.Lakshmi and rank them as petitioners 2 to 4 in the above CRP.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed. Accordingly, the delay of 166 days in filing the petition to set aside abatement is condoned, abatement caused due to the death of the sole petitioner K.Lakshmi in the above CRP, is set aside and the petitioners in C.M.P.
