This civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 12.11.2019 made in EP.No.95 of 2019 in IA.No.1558 of 2015 in HMOP.No.576 of 2015 on the file of the V Additional Principal Judge, V Additional Family Court at Chennai.

When the matter was listed on 02.03.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 03.03.2023 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e. 03.03.2023, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Therefore, this civil revision petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
