The prayer sought for herein is for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.11.2022 and implement the order of this Court dated 27.07.2021 in W.P.No.12777 of 2021 and permit the petitioner to take possession of house site No.17.

2. When the case is taken up for hearing Mr.S.Muthukrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instruction would submit that, the prayer sought for herein in this writ petition has been accomplished and the orders have been complied with, hence he does not want to pursue the matter further.

3. Mr.R.P.Muruganraja, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents also has endorsed the said statement and stated that, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has been accomplished.

4. In view of the aforesaid development, recording the same, this Writ 2/4

Petition is disposed of. No costs.
