2. The learned counsel for the respondent/defendant has no objection in allowing this petition.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the applicants that the additional documents are relevant to prove their case and the fact that the respondents have no objection in receiving the documents, this application is ordered and the documents shall be received subject to proof and relevancy. The defendant can make their objections at the time of marking their documents before the Master and the same will be considered at the time of disposal of the suit.
