This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall deposit a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.5 of 2018 in two instalments in Crl.O.P.No.2565 of 2021 by order dated 15.06.2021 .

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already paid a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- on 25.08.2021 and executed a bail bond before the learned Special Judge for TNPID Act, Chennai and due to Covid -19, she unable to mobilize a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- in time. After a great struggle, she mobilized the fund for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- and thereby, she seeks for modification of the condition.

3. Heard both sides.

In view of the above submission made, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2565 of 2021 by order dated 15.06.2021, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Only) as non-refundable deposit to the credit of Crime No.5 of 2018 and comply with the other conditions within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
