2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that as per the condition imposed on the petitioner order dated 23.12.2022, the petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.305 of 2022 before the trial Court.
