This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records of the first respondent- Police in FIR No.10/2023 and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent-Police and the learned counsel appearing for the second Respondent perused the materials available on record.

3. Based on the complaint given by the de-facto complainant/second respondent herein, the first respondent-Police registered a case against the petitioner in Crime No.10 of 2023 on 25.11.2023. It is seen that pending case, the dispute between the parties had been settled and they entered into memorandum of settlement. Hence, the petitioner seeks to quash the F.I.R. The second respondent who is appearing before this Court, has not raised any objection for quashing the said F.I.R.

4. In view of the settlement arrived between the petitioner and the de-facto complainant/second respondent herein, F.I.R in Crime No.10 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent-Police is hereby quashed.
