This petition has been filed to relax the conditionimposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23292 of 2024 dated 24.09.2024, passed by this Court to report before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under the POCSO Act, Chengalpattu, on all working days at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 6 (b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23292 of 2024 dated 24.09.2024 alone is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under the POCSO Act, Chengalpattu, on the first working day of every month at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
