This petition is filed to extend the time passed in Crl.M.P.No.16048 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.15465 of 2023 dated 05.10.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and one final opportunity is given to the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.5 lakhs to the credit of Crime No.173 of 2022 before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, on or before 05.01.2024 and no further time is granted, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
