These Petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, Thirumangalam Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.Nos.28227 and 28233 of 2022 common order dated 17.11.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until filing of the final report and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
