This petition has been filed to modify the condition "that the petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One lakh only) each to the credit of Crime No.1251 of 2021 instead of "that the petitioners is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two lakhs only) each to the credit of crime No.1251 of 2021"order imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21754 of 2023, dated 29.09.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to modify the condition to deposit only relief that could be granted.

4. However, time is extended for deposit of such amount till 08.12.2023 and no further time is granted.

5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
