ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J. NISHA BANU, J.) The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to the produce the petitioner's minor son Pratheesh, aged about 10 years, illegally detained by the 4 th respondent before this Court and handover to the petitioner.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the child, aged 10 years, was produced before this Court. We have interacted with the child and the child has stated that he neither wants to go with his mother nor wishes to speak with her. The child has expressed his willingness to go with his father / 4 th respondent herein.

3. We are of the considered view that there is no unlawful custody involved in the present case. The petitioner / mother is at liberty to workout her remedy before the appropriate forum for custody of the minor child, if so advised.
