This petition is filed to condone the delay of 2254 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.Though notice has been served on the respondents 2 & 3 and their names are printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of them either in person or through counsel.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners 4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 2254 days is condoned and the petition is ordered. It is made clear that the petitioners are not entitled for any interest for the compensation amount enhanced, if any, in the appeal.
