This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 735 days in filing the above appeal against the judgment passed on 27.06.2023 in Spl.SC No.89/2022 on the file of the Learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Vellore.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3.
