This writ petition has been filed to direct the fourth respondent to issue patta in the petitioner's name of the properties comprised in Survey No.220/B1, now New Survey No.220/N to an extent of 872 sq.ft., Survey No.219/B1, now Survey No.220/39 to an extent of 436 sq.ft., Survey No.220/B1A and 221/1A, now New Survey No.220/M to an extent of 1308 sq.ft., and Survey No.219/B1, 220/B1, 220/B1A and now New Survey No.220/1B1B to an extent of 5254 sq.ft., totally 7848 sq.ft., situated at Bodichipalli Village, Denkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri District by considering the petitioner's online application in A.No.2025/0103/31/387224 2/5

dated 15.04.2025 and A.No.2025.0103/31/402973 dated 30.06.2025.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the online applications of the petitioner dated 15.04.2025 & 30.06.2025 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and giving them personal opportunity of hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
