This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer, Kadaladi Police Station, Ramanathapuram District daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders and attend the trial in person without fail in Crl.O.P.No.22408 of 2023 dated 27.09.2023

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Principal Sessions Court, Pondicherry weekly once on every Saturday at 10.30a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter apart from Court hearing dates except for unavoidable circumstances.
