Heard Mr. M.Baskar, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. V.Arun, Learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr. T.Arun Kumar, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the notification dated 13.08.2017 issued by the First Respondent published in the Tamil Daily Newspaper 'Dina Thanthi' for filling up the posts of Anganwadi Workers and Anganwadi Assistants under the Integrated Child Development Programme and to consequently direct the Respondents to conduct free and fair selection process by following the rule of reservation in filling up the posts of Anganwadi Workers and Anganwadi Assistants under the Integrated Child Development Programme.

It has been brought to notice by Learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the Respondents that one Anandhi has been appointed to the said post by Order in Se. Mu. Na. Ka. No. 1900/A1/2018 dated 20.09.2019 passed by First Respondent following the reservation roster and its copy has been produced. In view of the same, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. 4.

In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs. 14.07.2022 skr Index: Yes/No Note: Issue order copy by 28.07.2022.
