Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-Police, on instructions, submitted that on completion of investigation in Crime No.288 of 2019, charge-sheet was filed through efiling on 02.11.2023 vide e-filing No. LTN-20220002357C202300014 before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Ulundurpet.

3. Since the respondent-Police has completed the investigation and filed the charge-sheet before the learned Magistrate concerned, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
