This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to take further action on the petitioner's complaint in C.S.R.No.792/2019 dated 19.10.2019 and investigate the matter in accordance with law.

2. No representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the First Information Report has been registered in Cr.No.802/2019, for the alleged offences under Sections 294 (b), 324, 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act, 2003.

4. Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
