ORDER
The Writ Petition is filed for the relief of a Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.05.2025 and to release earned leave encashment and other retirement benefits payable to him in pursuant of his retirement from service with effect from 31.01.2020 within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsels appearing on either sides and perused the records
3. Though a larger prayer has been sought for in this writ Petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice to direct the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 10.05.2025. 3/7

Accordingly, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 10.05.2025, within a period of 6 weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation with regard to the merits of the case.
5. In view of the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition is disposed. No costs.
